Navigating from point to point is something many people do both personally and professionally throughout their lives. Before the advent of GPS, while a junior naval officer, I had to navigate my ship’s crossing of the Pacific from Pearl Harbor, Hawaii to Guam. This was the first time I had used my training in celestial navigation outside of the classroom at the Naval Academy. Happiness was Guam appearing on the horizon at sunrise exactly where it was supposed to be.
After transitioning to the world of business, I continued to try to help others navigate the challenging waters that stand between them and their goals. When my wife and I moved to Florida from the Northeast in 2003, my goal was to transfer those skills as a facilitator to the world of Real Estate. I now work with buyers and sellers in the Tampa Bay area to help them navigate the winding path leading to home purchase or sale. I have also carved out a niche helping others who are contemplating buying a second home or relocating to destinations throughout Florida. When my wife and I went through that process, weighing all of the options and considerations, we regretted that there wasn’t someone to contact to help us sort it all out. I now offer that service through my blog, website, and personal consultation. I’m dedicated to being a trusted Real Estate advisor particularly to “Baby Boomers Heading South.”
